If anything went wrong (a given with this much work!), they were quick to make it right. Very accommodating when we decided to add scope in the middle. I initially considered one of those bathroom remodel companies that go over the existing shower.  I'm so glad I didn't.  I could tell that they were high pressure and of only wanted to sell.
Howard Emmer came over and assessed the situation and did what I asked for. He used really great materials and was able to put a real tile floor over my existing one and replaced my worn out old glass with really high-quality glass with an invisible shield that helps prevent water stain. All at a reasonable price. The shower looks 1000 % better, is much more functional, and I know that it will only help with house resale in the future. Everything was well orchestrated, I knew what was happening and when it would be happening.  No surprises.  The work crews could not have been nicer and more professional and best of all it was done in 2 weeks, start to finish.  It was such a pleasure working with Howard and Bob. I met Howard only to do a single shower door and once I found out his company does all renovations inside we signed contract to do 2 of my bathrooms for complete makeover. I let him in on my vision and he found all the fixtures for the house and did a great job. Howard was full of ideas and helped with design to accomplish turning my entire house into my forever home. I had another contractor do a handyman special and did an awful job, then I was referred to Howard, owner of Designs in Glass/ Specialty Kitchen and Bath. Wow, what a difference. Howard went over every detail and explained have to gut out again and do everything properly. I watched daily for 2 weeks how much work this job really entailed from gut, to rough plumbing, cement board, red guard waterproof then finish tile.
